The LAW is proudly offering 1 DAY Workshop on Contract Drafting by Professor Gregg Brelsford.
 
OBJECTIVES:
 
A. Immersion in the contract drafting process

3. Identifying the key facts of the transaction
4. Five questions every contract answers
5. Microscopic detail & KISS – and the tension between them
C. Familiarity with basic structure and content of a sale of goods contract
D. Familiarity with the vital importance of Rule of Law
This workshop is designed for students, fresh graduates & entry level applicants. Experienced lawyers may not find it challenging to their level of practitioner. Please note that the whole program will be conducted in English.

Gregg Brelsford
The Law ‘s Chairman, Board of Trustees

Dr. Brelsford earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School ; Vice-Chair for Rule of Law for the American Bar Association(ABA) Section of International, Law Middle East Committee, for 2017-2018; President of Rule of Law Global Associates (a global rule of law training and education consultancy); and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, He is qualified as a British Solicitor and licensed to practice law in New York, Washington, D.C., and California.

Principal Legal Advisor to the Microsoft Egypt Corporate Social Responsibility Program (2011-2012) and then as Legal Advisor to theABA Rule of Law Initiative office in Egypt(2012-2016) (ROLI-Egypt).

At ROLI-Egypt, Dr. Brelsford led the multimillion-dollar, multiyear, flagship “Innovation in Legal Training and Education in the Egyptian Legal Profession” program.

This program provided training in practical lawyering skills to thousands of Egyptian legal professionals and law students. Also, among other things, he conducted Interactive Teaching-Training of Trainers workshops with hundreds of Egyptian judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and law professors, Bahraini judges and lawyers, and Tunisian lawyers.

Additionally, Dr. Brelsford served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law – University of Utah and as a short-term Visiting Professor of Law at law schools in Estonia, Kosovo, Albania.
